Kenneth Dan Vander Weelе

FORUS Bank Member of the Board of Directors. In the early 1990s he joined Opportunity International as member of the Board of Directors; then acted as Executive Director of Opportunity International in the USA. He is one of the world leading specialists in microfinance. In 2001, he headed the Opportunity Technical Investment (OTI). He guided the development of the first partner organizations of Opportunity International in Eastern Europe. At present, he is member of the Board of Directors in a number of companies where a certain share of stock belongs to Opportunity International. He regularly provides consulting services to members of Opportunity International Network. Besides, he is responsible for investments in stock capital of Opportunity International Partners globally. Не is also member of the Board of Fund FORA. Citizen of the USA, lives in the USA.

Keith Edward Flintham

FORUS Bank Member of the Board of Directors. He is a banker with extensive international work experience in corporate and private sectors. Member of British Banking Institute. Prior to retirement he worked in National Westminster Bank of Great Britain as director and deputy general manager of the branch of this bank in Greece; he managed the work of 200 employees in five offices. Since 2001 he lives in Montenegro and acts as Director of Opportunity Bank Montenegro. Не is also member of the Board of Fund FORA. Citizen of Great Britain, lives in Great Britain.

Stuart Vincent White

FORUS Bank Member of the Board of Directors. Honorary Master of Business Administration and visiting professor of University of Kingston (UK). Member of Bankers’ Regular Institute (UK); President and member of Business-Consultant Institute; President of the Initiative for the development of entrepreneurship in small companies (UK). He headed Small Business Credit Department in Midland Bank. Citizen of Great Britain, lives in Great Britain.

James Bernard Cook

FORUS Bank Member of the Board of Directors. James Cook is a leading mortgage specialist. He is a pioneer of mortgage lending in Russia. He set up two Russian leasing companies, mortgage bank, and a leading Russian bank to service private persons. Up to 2004, he acted as a manager of the Russian-American Investment Fund (Delta Capital). Director of General Electrics Consumer Bank in 2004-2006. At present, Executive Director of the Aurora Russia investment company). Citizen of the USA, lives in the Russia.

Steve Chase

FORUS Bank Member of the Board of Directors. Graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. In 1978, he received a Master of Arts degree in International Business from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Steve is fluent in English, Russian, and German.
Steve joined Intel Corporation in 1978 in California, and worked for Intel in Europe since 1982 in a variety of sales and marketing positions, helped start up Intel's business in Russia and the Newly Independent States of the former Soviet Union and in the Central East European markets (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc.). From 1999-2001, he was first Regional Manager of Intel’s Multinational Computer Accounts and then was named European Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Marketing Manager. From 2002-2007, Steve was President of Intel Russia. He headed up a >1000 people, multiple business unit, 5 location operation and developed a government relations function at the federal and regional level. Steve retired from Intel in 2008.
