Tatyana Vladimirovna Yurina
FORUS Bank CEO. Tatyana Yurina finished Saratov Institute of Economics and Volgo-Vyatskiy Academy of State Service. In December 2006 she received a Master Business Administration certificate of Nizhegorodskiy State University. Tatyana started her activity in the area of microfinance in 1998 with a post of chief accountant of an Opportunity International partner agency in Saratov. Since 2000 as an executive officer she organized and controlled the agency activity, developed microfinance programs in Saratov, Penza, Volgograd regions. In 2002 Tatyana Yurina was appointed business director and in 2003 – executive director of FORA Fund. Since October 2005 she has been working in FORUS Bank as Director of Regional Development Department, then as Director of Operating Activity. In November 2006 Tatyana Yurina was appointed FORUS Bank CEO.
Nikolai Gennadievich Shestakov
FORUS Bank Deputy CEO(since August 2005). Nikolai Shestakov finished Nizhniy Novgorod State University (major in radio physics and electronics, 1984); Moscow Institute of Business and Politics (major in finance and credit, 2004); International Moscow Finance and Banking School (major in bank operations, 1996). He worked in OJSC “NBD-Bank” (1994-2000), LLC Commercial Bank “Privolzhskoye ÎÂÊ” (2000-2005). He worked his way up from a programmer (engineer) to Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Lyudmila Viktorovna Teterikova
FORUS Bank Deputy CEO.
Graduated from Moscow university of finance and economics with a degree in «Industrial planning». In December 2006 received a degree in "Master of Business Administration" (MBA) program in Nizhny Novgorod State University. Since 1995
works in the microfinance area of Russia.
She began her activity in a branch of the American corporation "Opportunity International" (1995-2000) as an accountant, then as the finance executive officer. Since 2000 worked as the financial director of the Fund for support of small entrepreneurship «FORA». Since September 2005 has been working as the Financial Department Director in FORUS Bank. In November 2006 was appointed Deputy CEO of the Bank.
Natalya Valeryevna Babushkina
FORUS Bank Chief Accountant. Graduated from the Gorky Institute of Water Transportation Engineers with a degree in «Finance and Credit» and a qualification «Economist». Natalya has been working in the banking system since 1994. She worked as senior economist, leading economist of the general accounting department, leading economist of the foreign exchange department in Nizhniy Novgorod branch of Agroprombank from 1994 till 1996. Since 1996 has been working in Borsky Commercial Bank, Ltd as an auditor on foreign-economic activity, the head of the economic analysis and planning division, the deputy chief accountant, the chief accountant. In November of 2006 was taken to the position of FORUS Bank Chief Accountant.
