A revolving line of credit:

• amount: 200 thousand rubles - 7 million rubles
• credit line term: 12 - 24 months (a credit can’t be lent in a case of client’s appeal in less than 180 calendar days before the end of contract validity)
• term of credit repayment: not more than 180 days

Tariff rates:

• interest rate for amounts up to 900 thousand rubles including - 22%, more than 900 thousand rubles - 20%
• commission for fixing of credit ceiling: 0,5% of the limit amount, but not less than 1000 rubles and not more than 5000 rubles
• every loan set-up fee: 1,5% of its amount
• credit line service fee: 0,1% of a not used limit amount monthly (credit line service fee isn’t taken in 180 days before the end of contract validity)
• early repayment: prior 3 months from the date of lending: 5% from an early repaid amount / after 3 months – free of pay
• collateral: property, offered by both a borrower and a third party.
